  • Shipping
      1. Shipping types: We ship our products within Germany via UPS carbon neutral, DHL GoGreen or DHL Express GoGreen. The transport risk lies with the shipper. For shipments to all other EU countries, delivery is made exclusively via DHL International GoGreen and DHL Express International GoGreen (for orders to Denmark additionally GLS KlimaProtect). Other countries (third countries) are only supplied by UPS Express carbon neutral. Please note: When specifying a Packstation as a delivery address, shipping is only possible per DHL GoGreen. Please also note that Saturday delivery is not possible when DHL Express International GoGreen, GLS KlimaProtect, UPS carbon neutral or UPS Express carbon neutral is specified as shipping type.
      2. Order processing times: The merchandise is ready for shipment no later than on the day following your order. Unless otherwise agreed with you, delivery occurs from the warehouse within 1-4 working days (see below list) to the delivery address you have specified, depending upon the selection of the shipping type and the point of delivery. Possible impediments, however, may cause delays of up to seven days.

  • Deliveries to non-EU countries
      1. Prices: Please note that the total price relevant to your destination country will be calculated at checkout.
      2. Costs, deliveries subject to customs duties: We wish to point out that we bear the costs for door-to-door shipping, the insurance of the merchandise, as well as all costs for accompanying documents.For deliveries to countries outside of the European Union, other costs may be incurred, in such individual cases We are not responsible for the costs and these shall be borne by the customer. These include costs for money transfers through banks (e.g. foreign bank charges, bank transfer fees, exchange rates) or import duties and/or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also be incurred if the payment is not made within a country in the European Union, but rather the customer makes a money transfer payment from a country outside of the European.   • Returns

    • As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and return the products or exchange them for a different size within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided your order and our stock levels allow this. Your revocation does not need to contain any reasons. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your return, using the original payment method.

      For detailed information regarding the start of the cancellation period and the consequences of cancellation as defined in § 13 BGB (Germany Civil Code), please refer to our terms & conditions.

      Please register your return in the returns portal and use the return label provided after registering the return in the returns portal and as an attachment to the shipping confirmation email for the return shipment. Hereby, we cover the shipping costs for the return.

      However, the use of the return label is not a prerequisite for exercising your right of cancellation. Please use the original packaging for the return shipment.

      Additionally, please include the returns form with your return. This form is provided to you after registering the return in the returns portal and as an attachment to the shipping confirmation email.

      Depending on the originally chosen shipping method, you have access to the UPS pick-up service or the DHL pick-up service free of charge for returns.

      1. Shipping via DHL GoGreen: For orders within Germany via DHL GoGreen, you can simply drop off your package at the nearest post office or a Packstation. If you prefer a pick-up, please feel free to call us so that we can arrange a pick-up appointment for you.
      2. Shipping via UPS carbon neutral: To arrange the pick-up of the return by UPS, please contact UPS using the following service number (for Germany): +49 (0)1805 882 663. Fill in the UPS consignment note and hand it over to the UPS driver along with the package.
      3. Shipping via courier service: Please contact our customer service. You will then receive a printable return label via DHL Return Online. You can then drop off the return package at your nearest post office.

      Exchange
      If your order and our stock allow for an exchange of the goods, the exchange option will be actively suggested to you in the returns portal after selecting the reason for return on the item. Simply choose your new desired size and complete the return process.

      Please note that exchanging for a different colour or another item is not possible. The exchange right applies to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with intact labels only.

      Personalised Products For the delivery of goods whose production is significantly influenced by an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, the right of revocation is not applicable by law. Therefore, personalised products, for which you have chosen our monogram service, are excluded from the right of return.

      Repayment Periods We will conveniently process any eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your return, using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

      Currency fluctuations All payments and credit notes will be handled in the currency chosen for the purchase (EUR). We are not liable for any exchange rate differences between the original purchase date and the refund date. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

  • Returns from non-EU countries
      1. Procedure for returns from outside the european union: You will receive an invoice inside the packet as well as the commercial invoice on the outside of the packet. In the case of a return shipment, please hand over the packet – including the return label and the commercial invoice attached to the outside) – to UPS, or take it to a UPS Access Point near you. The invoice serves as documentation for the customer; the commercial invoice is for the purpose of return shipments. In order to receive a reimbursement for paid customs duties/taxes for goods that are not kept, please observe the following: on your invoice, please cross out any item that you do not wish to return. Amounts can be changed by hand as well. State "RETURN GOODS" on the invoice and hand it over together with the package as documentation for the return shipment and for the reimbursement of customs and taxes already paid.
      2. Refund additional costs: Please note that in case of a return it is not our responsibility to refund any additional incurring costs such as customs duties, import sales taxes or other handling fees. However, you may obtain a refund from your local authorities. Please note that you have to provide proof of export (e. g. bill of sale or airway bill) and proof of payment of duties and taxes.
      3. Currency fluctuations: All payments and credit notes will be handled in the currency chosen for the purchase (EUR). We are not liable for any exchange rate differences between the original purchase date and the refund date. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
